Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Party Viral Dance AI, operated as partyviraldance.org at https://partyviraldance.org. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Party Viral Dance AI is an independent web tool that turns one photo into a Party Viral Dance AI video, in which the dancer from the trend is replaced by the person or pet in your photo. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance, Alibaba or Wan, or by @nakhlatw or any creator named on the site.

Your Account

You sign in with a Google account, and you need to be signed in to upload photos and make videos. One account per person. You’re responsible for your account and for everything done with it. You must be old enough to accept these Terms where you live. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these Terms.

What You May Upload

• Only photos of yourself, or of people who gave you permission and are 18 or older. Photos of pets are fine.
• No photos of celebrities or public figures.
• No nudity, no minors, no hateful or violent content, and nothing illegal.

You keep all rights to your photo. You give us only the limited permission needed to store and process it to make your video.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Party Viral Dance AI to:

• impersonate anyone or pass off a video as real footage of a real person;
• mislead, harass or bully anyone;
• create sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may block generations, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI Output and Your Videos

Videos are made by AI, so results vary and may differ from the original clip. We don’t guarantee that a video will look a particular way. You may use the videos you make, including posting them on social platforms. You’re responsible for how you share them: don’t use them to mislead or harass anyone, and label them as AI-generated where a platform requires it.

Credits and Payments

• Videos are paid for with credits. Credits come in one-time packs priced in US dollars. There’s no subscription.
• Credits never expire.
• Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Refunds

• Failed renders. If a render fails, it’s retried once automatically. If it still fails, the credits come back to your account automatically.
• A finished video you’re not happy with. Email [email protected] and we refund it in money, back to your original payment method through Stripe.
• A partly used pack. We refund the credits you haven’t used, meaning the unused share of what you paid.

The Trend’s Sound and Clips

The trend’s sound, “original sound - nakhlatw”, and the creators’ clips shown on this site belong to their owners. We show them credited and linked to the original posts, and we aren’t affiliated with those creators.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using Party Viral Dance AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Party Viral Dance AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
