Information We Collect

1. Account information. When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, including the face and body of the person or pet in it.
3. Videos you make. The videos we generate for you and related details such as the length you chose, status and creation time.
4. Payment information. The pack you bought, the amount and the payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Usage information. Pages visited, features used, credits spent, where your visit came from, and technical data such as browser and device type.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account and your credits, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, keep the site working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We use your photo only to make the video you asked for and never for anything else. We don’t sell your personal data.

Who Processes Your Data

We share data only with the providers that run the service, and only what each one needs:

• Google: sign-in, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
• Stripe: payments. Stripe handles your card details; we never see full card numbers.
• Cloudflare: hosting and file storage.
• The AI video provider (Wan): your photo is sent to it to render your video. The AI provider does not keep your photos.

Storage and Deletion

• Photos are stored privately and deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Videos stay in your account so you can watch and download them, until you ask us to delete them.
• Earlier deletion. You can ask us at any time, by email, to delete your photos, your videos or your whole account sooner.

Cookies and Analytics

We use:

• a sign-in session cookie to keep you signed in;
• Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used;
• a first-visit source cookie that remembers where you came from on your first visit (for example a search engine or another site), kept for 30 days.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or asking for a copy of your data.

Children and Minors

Party Viral Dance AI isn’t meant for children. Photos may only show you, people who gave permission and are 18 or older, or pets. Never upload a photo of a minor.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
